Rotten meat in Durham, NC

A few days ago I mentioned that a neighborhood kid was swatting flies that were gathered about a big hunk of meat his parents had tossed into their backyard. The meat is still there but they’ve covered it with a clear plastic panel. I hope they aren’t my neighbors for long.
