I’m another calendar year older as of today.
I don’t celebrate my birthdays. Birthdays are evils of chronology (unless it is my sweetheart’s, then it an excuse to buy her a present).
Sadly, this birthday finds me feeling defeated by life. I don’t know any magic tricks to get me out of what seems like final financial doom.
I can’t sleep. I don’t want to get out of bed.
Thankfully I have Alex’s love. Even though she’s thousands of miles away it is the one thing that makes me feel that continuing to exist is a good idea.
