Unhealthy Indifference

For the last few months Ive been subject to attacks of vast apathy. Aside from my sometimes passionate and frustrating relationship with Mistress Netflix I lose interest in everything.
It is as if I am dead and buried and the comings and goings and doings of those still alive no longer have any call on attention. I do my best to avoid having to leave the house. I can even go entire days without checking my email.
While not in any sense painful this isnt healthy. There are people who matter and things that need to be done.
I have to rekindle my motivation to more fully enjoy my life.
