» Quitting Smoking

I doubled my Zyban dose.

This morning it was an exercise in sheer mind power to get myself out of bed. Normally I wake up and get up.

By a miracle I went to my used bookshop, did the ecommerce, answered emails.

Now I’m back home. Been hoping to catch Alex/Sendy for a chat.

But I’m feeling progressively dimmer and dimmer.

Tonight I destroy whatever cigarettes remain when I hit the sack. And hope this is the last day of my life when I smoke a cigarette.
